This unit required me to design a meeting place in Bournemouth Town Centre.
I investigated problems such as social sustainability and the implications it has on the community space and interaction between people. I created a temporary space within a Grade II listed building that spans two floors. In this project, I identified aspects of the building that I could and could not modify, and thought about the constructional aspect in response to the projects temporary nature. I had the flexibility to design for a client of my choosing.
